DSMdat Research Assistant at ESource

The DSMdat Research Assistant will read utility industry publications and information sources to populate DSMdat, our database of over 3,000 demand-side management (DSM) programs. You'll work with a team in India on a daily basis via Skype and e-mail. You'll review and correct the remote team's work to ensure it meets E Source standards, which will be a great opportunity to learn how to collaborate with and manage overseas colleagues. This is an awesome chance to learn about the world of utility-run energy-efficiency, demand-response, and renewable energy programs. You'll get to know who the industry players are, understand who's doing what, gain exposure to DSM best practices and lessons learned, and obtain professional experience with a fun and interesting group of people.
